Manufactured at a state-of-the-art plant, RUPCO Ready Mix Plaster is a blend of Portland cement, fine graded sand and water-soluble, high-quality polymer additives, in the right proportions. It is ready to use by simply mixing water at the site and can be easily applied on brick, block and concrete surfaces. Instant Plastering Rupco READY-MIX PLASTER is manufactured in modern dry mix plant with high-tech batch process. Plaster is ready to use by just mixing water at site. This process eliminates job-site mixing practices. Hence it gives consistent quality with required sand mesh sizes in exact proportion which is most important for compactness of plaster. Further to have desired workability, less rebounding losses, required slump properties and overall durability; polymers are added in Rupco READY-MIX PLASTER.

Preparation, Mixing and application

 the substrate needs to be cleaned and made free from grease and loose particles. The porous and absorbent substrates need to be pre-wetted prior to the application of Rupco READY-MIX PLASTER to prevent premature loss of water from the plaster. This will ensure that thin layer can be applied without cracking problems and proper cement hydration and adherence of the mortar to the substrate is attained. Use 7-8 liters of water for 40 kg Rupco READY-MIX PLASTER. Pour the Rupco READY-MIX PLASTER while mixing for 4 -5 minutes with hand or still better with a mechanical mixer to achieve a good consistency. Do not over mix. Allow mixture to stand for 2-3 minutes for additives to dissolve. Re-mix again for about 2 minutes, plaster is ready for use. Apply plaster to the substrate, using some pressure while finishing with a steel trowel or wooden float to ensure optimum bonding of the plaster to the substrate surface. Rupco READY-MIX PLASTER can be used for interior as well as exterior wall.

Packaging and Store:

Rupco READY-MIX PLASTER is available in 40 kg bag and has a shelf life of 6 months subject to stored in a cool and dry location properly. As temperature, humidity, water addition and other parameters vary from site to site, the above information should be treated as a general guideline and Keep it out of reach of children.

Water Demand:

Depending upon substrate and climate add approx. 7 to 8 liters of water per 40 kg bag.


Rupco READY-MIX PLASTER approx. coverage per 40 kg bag is as under:
7-10 mm plaster on lightweight blocks is 20-25 sq. ft.
10-12 mm on brick wall 14-15 sq. ft.
Coverage depends on the quality and nature of substrates hence is indication. Plaster >7-12 mm must be in 2 coats.

Technical specifications





Large particle sizes (>3 mm) sand leads to porous surface and gives easy access to rainwater.

(RMP) produced at automated dry mix plant. Chances of is very negligible subjected to proper curing and application.


Due to presence of moisture in sand it is not possible to determine exact quantity of water to be mixed.

Due to dry sand used, water cement ratio is easily maintained and full strength of plaster is obtained.


No grading

(RMP) has graded sand which results compactness of plaster.


Mistake may occur at job site mix

Sand cement ratio is maintained as (RMP) is made in automated plant.


Reducing of plaster is not possible.

Can be reduced up to 25% keeping the required strength.


Polymer modification difficult as it involves multiple polymers and doses

Polymers already added, results in overall durability
